Own Host Contract

An alternative to using HazelGold's Virtual Hosting, customers purchasing a standard package may choose to take out their own host contract directly with the hosting company. The advantages of this are: the customer

• has all the necessary passwords to access the site.
• can access site for own maintenance if required.
• can quickly and easily transfer maintenance to other company should they so choose.
• can register domain name in own or company's name.

HazelGold will recommend a host company, but any company using the required server software is acceptable.

Domain name and hosting charges will be settled directly with the host company. HazelGold's charges for the ongoing care and maintenance are unaffected by this choice.
